1. Eligibility for Refunds

• Cancelled within 3 months: Eligible for a 30% refund of total subscription fees paid, excluding taxes or processing fees.
• Cancelled after 3 months: Eligible for a prorated refund based on the remaining unused portion of the subscription term.
• Monthly Plans: No refunds on monthly plans. Access continues until end of current billing cycle.
